Apex Motors is a WordPress theme for car dealers, showrooms and used-car marketplaces. Buyers search and filter your stock, save and compare cars and book test drives. Private sellers can sign up and post their own ads, which go live once you approve them.
Every page is built with Elementor, so you can change text, images, colours and layouts visually without touching code. A one-click demo import makes your site look exactly like the demo in minutes.
Everything you need
- Cars from the admin: each car's make, model, trim, year, price, mileage, body type, fuel, transmission, engine, colour, condition, seller, main photo, photo gallery and features. Mark a car as featured to show it in This week's standouts.
- Inventory with filters: make, condition, body type, fuel and transmission, plus search, sorting and a grid or list view. The home page search and the body type tiles open it already filtered.
- Favourites and compare: buyers heart cars, see them on their shortlist and compare up to three side by side.
- Car pages: photo gallery, price, the seller's card with a phone reveal and a message form, a test-drive booking form, a monthly payment calculator, the full spec and similar cars.
- Private seller ads: sellers sign up, post their car with up to several photos, and manage it under My ads (edit, mark as sold). New ads wait for your approval.
- Instant offer wizard: a three-step form on the Sell page that gives the seller an estimated offer and sends you the details.
- Financing: a payment calculator (price, down payment, term) and a financing FAQ.
- Locations, team, testimonials, blog and FAQ in groups.
- Site manager (React admin): dealer cars, User ads to approve or reject, blog posts, team, testimonials, FAQs and messages, with charts on the overview.

- Site manager → Vehicles: your dealer stock as cards, with search, filters and a form for each car.
- Site manager → User ads: approve a seller's ad, reject it with a reason (the seller gets an email), mark it sold, list it again or delete it.
- Overview: marketplace tiles and charts (ads waiting, live, sold, new sellers).
- Messages: test-drive bookings, seller messages, offer requests and contact messages, marked New, Replied or Archived.

Frequently asked questions
Can private sellers post their own cars?
Yes. A visitor signs up, clicks Post an ad and fills in the car's details and photos. The ad waits under Site manager → User ads until you approve it; you can also reject it with a reason, which is emailed to the seller. Sellers edit their ads and mark them sold under My ads.
How do I add a car from my own stock?
Open Site manager → Vehicles and click Add. Fill in the make, model, year, price, mileage and specs, pick the main photo and the gallery, and set Featured if it should show in This week's standouts. It appears in the inventory and its filters straight away, with its own page.
Where do test-drive bookings go?
Every test-drive booking, message to a seller, offer request and contact message is saved under Site manager → Messages and emailed to you.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every page is edited visually in Elementor, and cars, user ads and messages are kept in one admin screen.
Does the demo content come with it?
Yes. The one-click demo import brings in every page, record and setting from the demo.
Which plugins do I need?
Only the free Elementor plugin. Apex Motors's companion plugin is included in the download.
Is it translation-ready and RTL-ready?
Yes. The theme and its plugin come with .pot files, so every word can be translated with a plugin such as Loco Translate, and the layout switches to right-to-left for languages such as Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu.
How do I get updates?
Enter your license key under Settings → License on your live site. New versions then arrive in Dashboard → Updates like any other theme update.
