Refund policy

When you can get a refund

You can get a refund within 30 days of your purchase in two cases:

1. You have not downloaded the Product. If you have not downloaded the Product's files (or an update to them), you get a full refund, no reason needed.
2. The Product is broken or does not do what we advertised. If a feature shown on the Product's page is missing, or the Product does not work on a site that meets its stated requirements, you get a refund even after downloading. Tell us what is missing or broken; we will confirm it and refund you, or fix it if you prefer.

Once you have downloaded a Product we cannot take it back, so a download ends the right to a refund for any other reason, such as changing your mind, finding another product or no longer needing it.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of buying without giving a reason, as long as you have not started downloading the Product. At checkout you ask for the files to be available straight away and confirm that you lose this right once you download them, so starting a download ends it. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed products are not affected.

How to ask

Open a request from Support in your account, or email support(at)wow-themes.com, with your order number. We reply within two business days and send approved refunds to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

A full refund ends the license and cancels any renewal, so please remove the Product from your sites. A partial refund keeps the license active.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew once a year. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, as long as you have not downloaded an update since. To avoid renewals, cancel from your billing page before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges and does not refund a period you have already used.

Fair use

We may decline a refund where there is clear abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same Product, but we will tell you why. Disputing a payment with your bank without contacting us first can delay your refund, so please write to us first.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under consumer law.
