Evermore Weddings is a WordPress theme for wedding planners, wedding venues, florists and stylists. Soft colours, arched photos and elegant type show every wedding at its best, and each couple who enquires gets their own account that follows their day from the first message to the booked date.
Every page is built with Elementor, so you can change text, images, colours and layouts visually without touching code. A one-click demo import makes your site look exactly like the demo in minutes.
Everything you need
- Love stories from the admin: each wedding's couple, location, style, season, guests, story, highlights, vendors, cover and photo gallery. The portfolio filters them by style (garden, beach, classic, intimate) and every wedding has its own page.
- Services and packages from the admin: each service's tagline, price and description, and each package's price, features and highlighted plan. A package's Enquire button fills in the contact form's package.
- Venue: the spaces, the amenities and the seasonal availability for the year.
- Planning tools: where the budget goes, and a twelve-month checklist with a progress bar.
- Couple accounts: an enquiry makes the couple an account and emails them a link to set a password. Their My wedding page shows the stage, the days to go, a note from you and the consultation time, and their checklist is kept with the account.
- Testimonials carousel, team, journal and FAQ.
- Site manager (React admin): love stories, services, packages, team, testimonials, FAQs, journal and messages, plus a Couples tab.
Follow every couple from enquiry to wedding day
- Site manager → Couples: each couple's stage (Enquiry received, Consultation booked, Proposal sent, Booked, Not available), a note to them and their consultation time. The couple gets an email when the stage changes, and a date can only be booked for one wedding.
- Overview: wedding tiles and charts.
- Site manager: love stories, services, packages, team, testimonials and FAQs as cards, with a form for each.
- Messages: every enquiry, marked New, Replied or Archived.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when a couple sends an enquiry?
The enquiry is saved under Site manager → Messages and emailed to you. The couple also gets an account and an email with a link to set their password; their My wedding page then shows the stage of their enquiry. Their account shows the enquiry only after they confirm their email address.
How do I move a couple to the next stage?
Open Site manager → Couples, pick the couple and choose the stage: Consultation booked, Proposal sent, Booked or Not available. Add a note and the consultation time if you like. The couple is emailed and their My wedding page follows.
How do I add a wedding to the portfolio?
Open Site manager → Love Stories and click Add. Fill in the couple, location, style, season, story, highlights and vendors, and pick the cover and gallery photos. The wedding shows in the portfolio, in its style filter and on its own page.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every page is edited visually in Elementor, and love stories, packages and couples are kept in one admin screen.
Does the demo content come with it?
Yes. The one-click demo import brings in every page, record and setting from the demo.
Which plugins do I need?
Only the free Elementor plugin. Evermore Weddings's companion plugin is included in the download.
Is it translation-ready and RTL-ready?
Yes. The theme and its plugin come with .pot files, so every word can be translated with a plugin such as Loco Translate, and the layout switches to right-to-left for languages such as Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu.
How do I get updates?
Enter your license key under Settings → License on your live site. New versions then arrive in Dashboard → Updates like any other theme update.
