Parcelle is a WordPress theme for courier, delivery and logistics companies. It goes far beyond a brochure: customers book shipments, follow real scans, and businesses import orders in bulk or book through an API. You run it all from WordPress.
Every page is built with Elementor, so you can change text, images, colours and layouts visually without touching code. A one-click demo import makes your site look exactly like the demo in minutes.
Everything you need
- Book a shipment in 4 steps: route and package, service, details and review, priced live as the customer types and checked again on the server. Each booking gets a tracking number and an email to you and the sender.
- Real parcel tracking: customers track up to 10 numbers at once. Each parcel has its own page with milestones, route, facts and its full scan history. A number the site does not know is said so, never shown as another parcel.
- Shipments admin: under Site manager → Shipments add a scan, change the ETA or link a carrier's tracking number. New bookings wait under Orders to be accepted or rejected, and the sender is told.
- Carrier connectors: link a shipment to AfterShip (1,100+ carriers, including DHL, UPS and FedEx) or DHL's own tracking API with your own key. Linked parcels update every hour, or at once with Sync now.
- Your own tracking API: carriers, warehouses or your own systems can add shipments and scans through the site's REST API with a secret key.
- Customer accounts: customers see every shipment they booked, keep saved addresses (offered on the Ship page), and change their name and password.
- Bulk CSV import: a signed-in business customer uploads a CSV of parcels. Every row is checked and priced before it is booked.
- Customer API keys: business customers make their own API key under My account to book shipments and list their own from their systems.
- Rate calculator and plans: an instant quote on the pricing page, the pricing formula in plain words, sample rates, and pricing plans you keep in the admin.
- Drop-off locations, support and claims: a drop-off point finder with type filters, a searchable help centre with topics and a claims form.

- Orders: every booking from the Ship page, the CSV import or the API, to accept or reject.
- Shipments: the parcels on their way: scans, ETA and carrier links.
- Integrations: AfterShip, DHL and the site's own API key, each with its own card.

Frequently asked questions
Is the tracking real or a demo?
Real. Every shipment is kept in your site with its scans. You add scans in the admin, through the site's API, or automatically from AfterShip or DHL with your own key. Customers see exactly what is kept, and an unknown number shows as not found.
Can I connect my carriers?
Yes. Add your AfterShip key (1,100+ carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TCS and Leopards) or a DHL Shipment Tracking key under Site manager → Integrations, then link a shipment to the carrier's tracking number. Linked shipments update every hour, or at once with Sync now. Keys are kept encrypted.
Can business customers send many parcels at once?
Yes. A signed-in customer can upload a CSV on the Business page. Every row is checked and priced first, then booked as an order for you to accept. They can also make their own API key to book from their systems.
Do customers need an account to book?
Tracking is open to everyone. Booking a shipment needs a free account, so customers can follow every shipment they sent and reuse their saved addresses.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every page is edited visually in Elementor, and orders, shipments and integrations are kept in one admin screen.
Does the demo content come with it?
Yes. The one-click demo import brings in every page, record and setting from the demo.
Which plugins do I need?
Only the free Elementor plugin. Parcelle's companion plugin is included in the download.
Is it translation-ready?
Yes. All of the theme's own text can be translated with any standard WordPress translation plugin.
