Frequently asked questions
Can I change the pricing plans without Elementor?
Yes. Under Site manager → Pricing plans, change each plan's name, price (a number or words such as "Custom"), features and button, and mark one as highlighted. The pricing page follows.
How do I add a case study?
Open Site manager → Case Studies and click Add. Fill in the client, headline, result, tags and picture. It appears on the work page (in its tag filters) and, if it is among the newest, on the home page.
Where do leads go?
Every message from the contact and careers forms is saved under Site manager → Messages and emailed to you.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every page is edited visually in Elementor, and services, case studies and plans are kept in one admin screen.
Does the demo content come with it?
Yes. The one-click demo import brings in every page, record and setting from the demo.
Which plugins do I need?
Only the free Elementor plugin. Lumen's companion plugin is included in the download.
Is it translation-ready and RTL-ready?
Yes. The theme and its plugin come with .pot files, so every word can be translated with a plugin such as Loco Translate, and the layout switches to right-to-left for languages such as Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu.
How do I get updates?
Enter your license key under Settings → License on your live site. New versions then arrive in Dashboard → Updates like any other theme update.
