Frequently asked questions
Can I add a plan or a row to the comparison table?
Yes. Each plan under Site manager → Pricing plans keeps its own comparison values, one per line, such as "Channels managed: 3" or "Slack channel: yes". The table has one column per plan and one row for every name the plans use; yes and no show as a tick and a dash.
How do I add a case study with a chart?
Open Site manager → Case Studies and click Add. Fill in the client, industry, headline, results, metrics, challenge and strategy. The case study page draws its results and chart from them.
Where do audit requests go?
Every request from the free audit form is saved under Site manager → Messages and emailed to you.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every page is edited visually in Elementor, and case studies, services and plans are kept in one admin screen.
Does the demo content come with it?
Yes. The one-click demo import brings in every page, record and setting from the demo.
Which plugins do I need?
Only the free Elementor plugin. Pulse Pixel's companion plugin is included in the download.
Is it translation-ready and RTL-ready?
Yes. The theme and its plugin come with .pot files, so every word can be translated with a plugin such as Loco Translate, and the layout switches to right-to-left for languages such as Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu.
How do I get updates?
Enter your license key under Settings → License on your live site. New versions then arrive in Dashboard → Updates like any other theme update.
