Shipments, tracking and carriers
Updated Nov 3, 2026
Parcelle adds a Site manager menu to your WordPress dashboard, with three tabs for the courier's own work.
Orders
Bookings from the Ship page, the CSV import and the customer API arrive under Orders. Accept or Reject each one, and the sender is told by email.
Shipments
Under Shipments you see every parcel on its way:
- Add a scan: its status, location, note and time. Customers see it on Track straight away.
- Change the ETA.
- Link a carrier: choose the carrier and enter its tracking number. The parcel's scans then come from the carrier.
- Add a shipment by hand.
Carrier connectors
Under Integrations, choose AfterShip (one key for 1,100+ carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TCS and Leopards) or DHL Shipment Tracking, and paste your key. It is kept encrypted and never shown again. Linked shipments are checked every hour until delivered, or at once with Sync now. Each new scan is added in the site's words, and the sender is emailed when the status changes.
The tracking API
Make the site's own key under Integrations. With it, a carrier, a warehouse or your own system can:
- add a shipment:
POST /wp-json/parcelle/v1/shipments, - add a scan:
POST /wp-json/parcelle/v1/shipments/{tracking}/events,
sending the key in the X-Parcelle-Key header. Tracking a number (GET /wp-json/parcelle/v1/track/{number}) is public.
