Customer accounts, bulk import and API keys
Updated Nov 3, 2026
The header's Sign in link opens the Dashboard page. Tracking stays open to everyone. Booking a shipment needs a free account.
Signed in, customers can
- see every shipment they booked and its status,
- keep saved addresses, offered as pickers on the Ship page,
- change their name and password, and sign out.
Bulk CSV import
On the Business page a signed-in customer uploads a CSV with the receiver's name, address, postal code, city, country, weight, service and a reference. Every row is checked and priced first. Importing books each row as an order for you to accept, with the customer's default saved address as the sender. You and the customer each get one summary email.
Customer API keys
Under My account → API key, a business customer makes their own key. It is shown once and kept only as a hash. With it their systems can book shipments (each an order you accept or reject) and list their own shipments.
