Patient accounts

The header's Sign in link opens the My account page. There patients can:

• create an account or sign in,
• get a new password by email if they forgot theirs,
• see their appointments and each one's status, and cancel one,
• change their name and password, and sign out.

The whole site stays open to everyone. Only booking an appointment needs an account, so each request is kept with its patient.

Once a patient is signed in, the header link reads My account.
