Doctors, services and appointments

Meridian Health Clinic adds a Site manager menu to your WordPress dashboard. It is one modern screen for everything the site keeps.

Doctors and services

• Doctors: each doctor's name, title, specialty, photo, rating, experience, education, languages and weekly schedule.
• Services: each specialty's name, icon, overview, conditions, procedures and FAQs.

Click Add to create one, or a card to edit it. Changes show straight away on the home page, the services and doctors pages, each service and doctor page, and in the booking wizard.

How booking works

1. The patient clicks Book appointment (or Book with on a doctor's page).
2. They choose a service, a doctor, a date and a free time, then add their details and review.
3. To send the request they sign in or create a free patient account. Their choices are kept while they do.

A time a doctor is already booked for is not offered again.

The appointments desk

Every request waits under Site manager → Appointments:

• Approve or Decline it, with a note for the patient.
• Later, mark it Completed, or Cancel it.

The patient gets an email at every step and sees the status under My account, where they can also cancel an appointment themselves.
