Services, therapists and consultations

Haven adds a Site manager menu to your WordPress dashboard.

• Services: each kind of therapy, its description and who it helps. The services page draws one block per service.
• Team: each therapist's photo, name, credentials and specialties. The team page lists them all and the home page the first three.
• Testimonials: the stories of healing on the home page.
• FAQs: each question, its answer and where it is shown: the home page, the fees page or the FAQ page.

Click Add to create one, or a card to edit it, and drag cards into order. Changes show straight away.

Consultation requests

On the contact page visitors choose a service, In person or Online, and a preferred time, and add a note. Each request is saved under Site manager → Messages and emailed to you. Mark it Replied or Archived when you have answered.

Crisis numbers

The crisis numbers on the resources and contact pages are part of the page design: check and edit them in Elementor for your country before you go live.
