Guest accounts

The header's Sign in link opens the My account page. There guests can:
- create an account or sign in,
- get a new password by email if they forgot theirs,
- see their stays and cancel one,
- change their name and password, and sign out.
The whole site stays open to everyone. Only reserving a stay needs an account, so each reservation is kept with its guest.
Once a guest is signed in, the header link reads My account.
