Listings, viewings and valuations

Listings

Listings live under Listings in your dashboard. Each listing has a title, lot number, address, city, price, beds, baths, square feet, year built, type (villa, loft, waterfront, countryside), status (for sale, new, under offer and so on), architect, a short story and an image.

New listings appear in Featured listings on the home page, where visitors can filter them by type, and each one gets its own listing page with:

• a photo gallery and key facts (architect, year built, type, status),
• a floor plan and amenities,
• a location map,
• a mortgage calculator (down payment, interest rate and term), and
• similar homes.

Viewing requests

On every listing page visitors can pick a date, choose a time slot, add their name and email and click Schedule tour. Each request is saved under Enquiries in your dashboard and you get an email.

Home valuations

The home page's "What's your house really worth?" form asks for the property address and an email. Requests are saved under Enquiries too.

Journal

Journal articles are normal WordPress Posts, with category, author, date, reading time and featured image.
