Evermore Weddings adds a Site manager menu to your WordPress dashboard.

Love stories

Under Site manager → Love Stories, click Add (or a card to edit one) and fill in the couple's names, location, style (the portfolio's filters: Garden, Beach, Classic, Intimate), season, number of guests, story, highlights and vendors, then pick the cover and the gallery photos. The wedding appears in the portfolio and on its own page, with More love stories below.

Services and packages

• Services: each service's name, tagline, price, picture and description.
• Packages (pricing plans): each package's name, price, features and button, and whether it is highlighted. A package's Enquire button opens the contact form with that package chosen.
• Team, Testimonials (the home carousel) and FAQs.

Couples

When a couple sends the enquiry form, Evermore Weddings creates an account for them and emails a link to set their password. After they confirm their email address, their Account page shows My wedding:

• the stage: Enquiry received, Consultation booked, Proposal sent, Booked or Not available,
• the days to go,
• your note and the consultation time,
• their planning checklist, kept with their account.

Under Site manager → Couples, choose a couple's stage, write a note and set the consultation time. The couple is emailed whenever the stage changes. Only one wedding can be booked on a date, and a booked date shows a notice on the contact form.

Journal

The journal uses normal WordPress posts (Posts → Add New).
